Plaintiff appeals from an order which overruled his demurrer to two affirmative defenses pleaded by defendant in its answer
to the complaint. The plaintiff raises mink. Defendant manufactures and sells mink feed. In substance, the complaint alleges that plaintiff
purchased feed from defendant and fed it to his mink; when purchased the feed was adulterated with a poisonous substance which
caused the mink to die, thus damaging the plaintiff. Plaintiff's action is one to recover such damages.
